Hi, I’m Laura, the owner and founder of Calm Waters Catholic. Being raised Catholic, I’ve always been drawn to the beauty and history of the Catholic Church. Traveling to Europe left me in awe of the architecture and community I saw, and I became determined to share this feeling of amazement and joy with people at home.

Calm Waters Catholic was named so from the inspiration I drew from the Great Lakes, near which I live. The peace of walking on the shore or swimming in the warm waters always left me with a feeling of lightness.

Calm Waters Catholic is my way of reaching out with art and scripture; so you can bring the beauty of your faith wherever you wish. I am so excited to create these beautiful pieces for you and I can’t wait to have this website grow. Blessings to you all!
